Developed to bring the best of wine culture to Singapore condominium living, the Condo Wine Club brings friends – family, neighbors and co-workers together to discuss debate and enjoy different wines from around the world. And best of all it takes place in the comfort of your own condominium.

The Condo Wine Club is all about great quality wine at great prices. Simply it makes tasting, choosing and buying wine easy, convenient and enjoyable! You will build momentum and become the one-stop shop for new and existing customers.

The Condo Wine Club provides you with the materials, know-how and best of all, fantastic and exclusive Award Winning Wines from around the globe, to make all your parties a great success and bring your neighbors together!

The Condo Wine Club is your very own club and business – we want you to be successful and have some fun along the way. We will look forward to welcoming you as your Condo’s Wine Ambassador.

How it Works

As your Condo’s official Wine Ambassador, it’s your job to plan, organize and run regular wine tastings – these can be with people in your condo or with friends and family. It is up to you to drive sales. You can take orders for wine on the day of the tasting or after the event.

Each month, the Condo Wine Club will supply a range of wines to use for tastings. Typically you will receive a selection of white, red and sparkling wines specifically for tasting with tasting notes and recipe suggestions.

You will be given a unique Wine Ambassador code that you can pass onto your friends and family if they want to order wine directly online themselves. Orders can be processed either via your personalized Condo Wine Club website or via fax. This code will track all of your sales that will contribute to your monthly commission payment.

All orders will be delivered to your residential address and it is your job to then distribute them.

But I don’t know much about wine!

Don’t worry! In addition to the starter pack you will receive, each month, the Condo Wine Club will run information and education sessions on new wines, have tastings exclusively for Wine Ambassadors and will share updated tasting notes. Essentially all you need to run your own Condo Wine Club!

Who can I sell wine to?

As your condo’s Wine Ambassador you can sell wine to your neighbors, family and friends.

Delivery

All orders will be delivered to your designated delivery address – typically this is your residential address. The Condo Wine Club will liaise with you on delivery times and someone must be there to sign for the delivery.

Commission Structure

As a Condo Wine Club Wine Ambassador you will earn commission on all sales earned over a monthly period. In addition you will receive a discount on all wine purchased for your personal use.

The Condo Wine Club Starter Pack

As your condo’s Wine Ambassador you will receive everything you need to get started with wine tastings, including ongoing information sessions on wines, tasting notes, tasting glasses and most importantly wines of the month for tasting.

Will I be the only Wine Ambassador in my Condo?

The Condo Wine Club will ask you to sign a mutually beneficial agreement appointing you as a Wine Ambassador. This will give you exclusivity as the Condo Wine Club Wine Ambassador for your Condo. This agreement will also outline the Business Rules attached to the program – for instance the number of tasting you hold each month, turnaround times, average net sales etc

Should you choose to move from your Condo you will relinquish any exclusive rights over that Condo and we may appoint another Wine Ambassador. You are still free to operate as a Wine Ambassador and hopefully we can offer you exclusivity should you move to another Condo.

How many wine tastings do I need to run each month?

We would suggest a minimum of two wine tastings each month. Of course you can hold as many as you like and as often as you like.
