This wine is only produced in exceptional years when a selection of wine exhibits amazingly defined character. This bottle contains the finest wine from our 2007 Sauvignon Blanc vintage, made with the same old world artisan techniques used in the late 1800’s by David Herd, Auntsfield’s founding winemaker.
Colour: Rich Straw
Aroma: Intense aromas of wild gooseberry, honey dew,Rose petals and other sweet garden flowers mixed with dried tropical fruits.
Palate: Rich with layers of hazelnut cream balanced with lemon and lime blossom. Vanilla pod, ripe tropical fruit, spice and chalky minerality.
Chemistry: Alc 14.5% pH 3.30 TA 6.3
