Palate: Medium to light bodied, with a lovely fruity & flowery mouth-feel. The attack is thick and frank, really fresh and generous. The palate gives then a nice delivery of various notes, mostly herbal, and then some spices in the middle.

Flowery and fruity all mouth long (citrus fruit, exotic fruit, quince, fresh and tender "golden" apple), the palate follows the nose notes like its shadow, and ends up in a well rounded fruity finish of a medium length. We can notice also some honey, solvent & English candy notes, and maybe a hint of pear. The malted barley notes testify of a real quality ageing and choice of the casks (notes of fresh cereals, brioche with soft spices), and it is again very well balanced.
